Are these Spots the 10 Quietest in the U.S.?

I was reading this article recently that gave their spin on what they believe are the ten quietest places in the United States. I’m a big fan of quiet. I haven’t stayed in a “campground” – and we go out a lot. It’s never been my thing. When I got out, I want to be as far from noise and or people as possible. My idea of camping isn’t sitting next to another camper/tent and hearing my neighbors talk all night. I can get that at home. The following on the 10 spots they think you can get away from it all:

  • Olympic National Park – Hoh Rainforest
  • Grand Canyon National Park
  • The Muir Woods
  • Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
  • Big Bend National Park
  • Marconi Beach – Cape Cod
  • Anaza-Borrego State Park
  • Great Basin National Park
  • Artic National Wildlife Refuge
  • Voyageurs National Park

I’ve only been to a couple of spots they mentioned. Looks like we have some trips to plan! I’ve got a couple of other spots I think could go on here, but then if I mentioned them, they might not be as quiet!
